Every site here was designed and built by me, Danny, in Prescot. Seven businesses, eight sites, plus the launch sites for two of my own software products. Each established one has a case study that explains the problem, the decisions and what has happened since, and the newest launches get theirs once they have been live long enough to say something useful.
Live client sites include Marlborough Builders (Prescot), SEND Guidance (Merseyside), Pure Eden Wellbeing (St Helens), Serenity Therapies (Rainhill), Lynch Property Inspections (Prescot), Travis Arb (Rainhill), Skin at 31 (St Helens) and Rebecca Lee Aesthetics (St Helens), plus the marketing sites for two software products. Each started with a conversation about what the business actually needed.
Joinery and roofing, Prescot
A template that brought no work, replaced with a site that is now the main way new customers get in touch.
A quote in two taps.
Somebody with a leaking roof is not filling in eight fields. The fewer things between wanting to ring and ringing, the more calls arrive.

SEND consultancy, Merseyside
A new consultancy, with services explained clearly for both parents and schools from launch day.
Pricing shown openly.
For a parent already anxious and already spending money they had not planned to, an unnamed price is a reason not to enquire.

Holistic therapy studio, St Helens
An editorial site as calm as the treatment room, with its own booking system and a Google Business Profile set up.
One calm hero, not a busy homepage.
Calm is the thing being sold, and a homepage stacked with offers and buttons would have contradicted it before anyone read a word.

Massage and holistic therapies, Rainhill
Lynne came back for a second site when she moved and rebranded. Prices, her story and booking are each one click away.
One photograph, not a gallery.
Stock spa imagery makes every therapy site look the same. A single still life, held through the page, gives the site something of its own.

New build snagging, Prescot
A new name on its own domain, built around 77 faults found in one house the builder had already signed off.
One real number, not a list of promises.
Every snagging site says it is thorough. Showing 77 faults from one house the builder had already signed off says it without using the word.

Tree surgery and utility work, Rainhill
A DIY site rebuilt as 23 pages, with one route in for homeowners and another for the network operators.
Two front doors, not one.
Homeowners and network operators want different things. Each gets its own route on the first screen, and the quote form asks which you are first.

Skin clinic, St Helens
A private, one to one skin clinic in Windle, with Janine's own brand kit carried through every page.
Written in her own voice.
People choose a one to one clinic for the person behind it. The site speaks as Janine does, I and me, rather than describing her from a distance.

Lip, skin and facial aesthetics, St Helens
A new name after a rebrand from Aesthetics Excellence, on its own domain, with every treatment starting from a consultation.
Rebecca first, then the treatments.
After a change of name, clients need to know it is still the same hands. Putting Rebecca in the hero answers that before anyone reads a price.
rebeccaleeaesthetics.com
Launching a product? The same approach works for anything technical that needs explaining simply.
Send a few details about your business and Danny will put together a homepage concept so you can judge the quality, direction and fit before committing to anything.
Or go direct. Danny replies within four working hours on weekdays.
