A website nobody finds is a website nobody visits

You've paid for a website, but when you search for your own business or services, you can't find it. That's not unusual, and it's usually fixable.

No SEO setup

Most websites are launched without any search engine optimisation. No page titles, no meta descriptions, no structured data. Google doesn't know what the site is about or where the business is based.

No Google Business Profile

If your business isn't set up on Google Business Profile, you won't appear in Maps or the local results that show at the top of search. That's where most local customers look first.

Poor site structure

Pages with vague titles, missing headings, slow loading times and no clear content hierarchy. Google can't understand what you offer or where you offer it.

No tracking in place

Without Google Search Console or any kind of tracking, you have no idea how your site is performing, what people are searching for, or where you're showing up.

SEO that's built in, not bolted on

Every website I build includes proper SEO setup as standard. It's not an upsell. It's part of doing the job properly.

Google Search Console

Your site is submitted to Google and connected to Search Console so you can see how it performs, what people search for, and where you rank.

Keyword research

I find the words and phrases your customers actually use when searching for businesses like yours, then build your pages around them.

On-page SEO

Every page gets a proper title, meta description, heading structure, image alt text and schema markup. The basics that most websites are missing.

Google Business Profile

I set up or optimise your Google Business Profile so you appear in Maps and local search results with the right information, photos and categories.

Site speed and mobile

Google ranks fast, mobile-friendly websites higher. I build lightweight sites that score well on Core Web Vitals without relying on bloated plugins.

Monthly reporting

On a care plan, you get a regular update showing how your site is performing and what I recommend doing next. Growth and Priority are monthly, Care is quarterly, and Priority includes search position data.

Real businesses, real results

SEO isn't magic. It's doing the basics properly and building from there. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Marlborough Builders

Marlborough Builders came with no website and no presence on Google. I built their site with proper SEO from day one: page titles targeting local search terms, schema markup, Google Business Profile setup, and a clear service structure. The business now appears in local Google search results and receives enquiries directly through the website.

  • Appearing in local Google search results from launch
  • Google Business Profile set up and verified
  • Receiving enquiries directly through the website

“Really pleased with the website Danny put together for us. It looks far more professional than what we had before, shows our work properly and gives customers a much clearer idea of the services we offer.”

Local Web Studio

I practise what I preach. The studio's own website reached an average Google position of 2.7 for target keywords within weeks of launch. That means when someone in the area searches for web design services, this site appears near the top, using the same SEO approach I apply to every client site.

  • Average Google position of 2.7 for target keywords
  • Ranking achieved within weeks, not months
  • Same SEO setup I include in every client build

A straightforward three-step process

No jargon, no mystery. I look at where you are, fix what needs fixing, and keep an eye on things going forward.

Audit

I review your current website and Google presence. What's working, what's missing, and what needs to change so people can actually find you.

Implement

I fix the foundations: page titles, meta descriptions, schema markup, site speed, Google Business Profile and Search Console setup.

Monitor

On a care plan, I review your traffic and make ongoing improvements so your visibility keeps growing.

SEO is included. Ongoing support is optional.

Every website I build comes with proper SEO setup at no extra cost. If you want ongoing management and reporting, that's covered by a care plan.

It depends on where you’re starting from. Some businesses see improvements within a few weeks, especially for local searches. But SEO is a long game, and the real benefits build over months as Google learns to trust your site.
Having a website doesn’t mean people can find it. If your site doesn’t appear when someone searches for what you do in your area, it’s not doing its job. SEO is what connects your website to the people searching for your services.
Local SEO is about making sure your business appears when someone nearby searches for what you offer. That includes Google Search, Google Maps, and the local pack (the map results that show up at the top). It covers things like your Google Business Profile, local keywords, and making sure your name, address and phone number are consistent online.
You can learn the basics, but it takes time and the rules change regularly. Most business owners would rather spend that time running their business. I handle the technical side so you don’t have to.
Google Ads puts you at the top of results immediately, but you pay for every click. SEO builds your visibility over time so people find you without you paying per visit. Most local businesses benefit from both, but SEO gives you a foundation that keeps working even when you’re not spending on ads.
