Prices and terms
- Websites
- Essentials £750 (up to five pages), Signature £1,450 (up to ten pages), Bespoke from £2,250 (as needed). Fixed, and agreed in writing before any work starts.
- Paying
- In stages, with £100 holding a slot in the diary. Or spread over twelve monthly payments: Essentials is £62.50 a month over twelve months; Signature is £120.83 a month over twelve months, and the last payment is £120.87; Bespoke is from £187.50 a month.
- Hosting
- The first twelve months are included in every build, then £96 a year. On hosting alone, the client renews the domain with the registrar, typically £10 to £15 a year. Every care plan includes domain renewal.
- Care plans
- Optional: Care £65 a month, Growth £95 a month and Priority £150 a month.
- Extra pages
- £95 each on any package.
- Founding rate
- A founding rate of £595 and £1,150 is open on the next sixteen websites.
- VAT
- Local Web Studio is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
- Ownership
- The client owns the website once it is paid for, in full or on the last instalment, and the domain is registered in the client's name from day one. Leaving costs nothing: no fee and no notice period.
- Turnaround
- Most Essentials and Signature websites go live within a week of the content being agreed.
- Before paying
- A free homepage concept where it is a good fit, and a free website health check for any site.
