Terms of Service

These terms govern the services provided by Local Web Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the client”).

Services

We provide web design, development, SEO and Google Ads management services. The specific scope, deliverables and price for each project are agreed in writing before any work begins.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed per project. Website builds are typically split 50% upfront and 50% on completion. Care plans and Google Ads management are billed monthly. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the website design, content and domain. You are free to move your website to another provider at any time. We do not lock you into any ongoing contract unless you choose a care plan.

Cancellation

Care plans and Google Ads management can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. There are no cancellation fees. Your website and Google Ads account remain yours.

Liability

We take reasonable care to deliver high-quality work, but we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or advertising results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
